Week-by-week plan

Install LibreCam on every crew member's phone. Import your active projects from CompanyCam (we help with this). Set up your project list to mirror what's in CompanyCam. Tell the crew: 'For the next 2 weeks, take photos in both apps.'
Week 1-2: Use Both Side by Side
Your team takes photos in both apps on the same jobs. Office staff checks both dashboards. At the end of each day, compare — are all photos in both places? Does LibreCam's organization work for your workflow? Note any gaps.
Week 2 End: Evaluate and Switch
After 2 weeks, sit down with your team. Compare the experience. If LibreCam covers everything (and it's free), cancel CompanyCam. If something's missing, tell us — we'll build it.
Training your team
Field crew: 5-minute training
Open the app, pick the project, take a photo. That's it. LibreCam is designed so field workers can learn it in 5 minutes with gloves on.
Office staff: report training
Show your office admin how to pull reports from the web dashboard. Project filtering, date ranges, and PDF export — 15 minutes and they're set.
Subs: upload links
Subcontractors don't need accounts. Send them an upload link for their project. They tap it, take photos, and the photos show up in your project — no training needed.
