Security & Privacy
Your job photos are your business. Here's how we keep them protected.
How we protect your data
Encryption in transit and at rest
Photos are encrypted when they leave your phone (TLS 1.3) and encrypted on our servers. Nobody can intercept or read your files.
Phone-based authentication
Sign in with your phone number. No passwords to forget, no email to hack. Your phone is your key.
Role-based access control
Owners see everything. Crew members see their projects. Clients see only what you share. You control who sees what.
We never sell your data
Your photos, locations, and project data are yours. We don't sell, share, or mine your data for advertising. Period.
How we handle your data
Photos are stored on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure with enterprise-grade security. Access is controlled through short-lived signed URLs — even our own servers don't have permanent access to your files. Database records are stored in Supabase with row-level security, meaning the database itself enforces who can see what.
Privacy controls
GPS privacy modes
Control GPS precision on shared photos. Share the city but hide the exact address. Or strip location entirely for sensitive jobs.
Photo metadata control
Choose what metadata to include when sharing — timestamps, weather, GPS, crew member names. You decide what clients see.
Export or delete anytime
Download all your data anytime, or delete your account completely.
