Export to Procore
Capture in the field with LibreCam. Share in Procore with the office.
Field capture meets project management
Procore is great for managing projects from the office. But in the field — on a roof, in a crawl space, or on a site with no cell signal — you need an app built for field conditions. LibreCam captures photos offline, tags them with GPS and timestamps, and organizes them by project. When you're ready, export organized photo sets and reports into Procore so your project managers have everything they need.
How the workflow works
Capture in LibreCam
Your field crew takes photos with LibreCam throughout the day. GPS, timestamps, weather, and voice captions are captured automatically. Works offline.
Export organized photo sets
At the end of the day or week, export project photos as organized sets — sorted by date, phase, or custom tags. Reports export as PDF.
Upload to Procore
Add the exported photos and reports to the corresponding Procore project. Your PMs, owners, and architects see the documentation in Procore's interface.
What makes this workflow work
Maintains project structure
Photos are organized by project and phase in LibreCam, so they map cleanly to Procore's project structure. No re-sorting needed.
PDF reports ready for upload
Daily reports, punch lists, and inspection checklists export as professional PDFs that you can attach to Procore documents.
Photo metadata preserved
GPS coordinates, timestamps, and captions are embedded in every photo. This metadata carries through to Procore.
Frequently Asked Questions
We're building toward direct Procore API integration. Currently, the workflow is export from LibreCam and upload to Procore. Direct sync is on our roadmap.
Yes. That's the point. Your field crew doesn't need Procore licenses. They capture in LibreCam (free), and the office manages in Procore.
No. LibreCam is a field capture tool. Procore is a project management platform. They complement each other — LibreCam for the field, Procore for the office.
